How they work is very easy to understand , They want their product to sell (cant blame them) ,So they publish their product under many web site under diffrent names ,So you will think that there is a competition . Now all of those things are ligal and they are great way  , But the only bad things are companies that sell FAKE products, They build a similare Web site, Same template and sell it to you . They are SCAMS , Most of the time they wont work, And sometime even bad for you.
